Pay on the Day Policy
It is expected that all services are paid for on the day they are provided, as per the Price List displayed at the Reception Desk. Invoices will not be mailed to patients.

Enrolled patients who are concerned about their ability to pay should discuss this with our financial administrator or office manager. We prefer to arrange a manageable payment plan rather than spend time chasing outstanding accounts.

Missed Appointments
Any patient who does not attend their appointment without reasonable notice will be required to pay for the missed appointment at the usual consultation rate.
Payment Terms
- All prices include GST, unless otherwise stated.

- Direct credit, direct debit
Late Payment Fees

- If the account remains unpaid after 7 days, a follow-up will be sent.
- If unpaid after 14 days, an additional $10 fee will be added for administrative costs.
