Request a Repeat Prescription
Enrolled patients can conveniently order repeat prescriptions.
Eligibility for Repeat Prescriptions:
- Stable, ongoing medical conditions: Repeat prescriptions may be provided at the discretion of your regular GP.
- Patient safety: Repeat prescribing complies with legal, medical, and ethical standards.
- Regular consultations: Patients are generally required to be seen at least once every 6 months (every second script). Some conditions may necessitate visits every 3 months. The final decision rests with the medical staff.
How to Request a Repeat Prescription:
- Online via the Patient Portal: Use the MyIndici → patient portal to request prescriptions.
- By Phone: Call us at 03 319 3501.
Processing Time & Fees:
- Standard requests: Ready in 2 working days.
- Urgent/Same Day requests: Must be ordered before 11am if wanting the same day, no exceptions.
- Service charges: Refer to our Schedule of Fees → for current rates.
Note: We will contact you if there are any issues with your repeat prescription request.
Test Results
Routine procedures and test results are often available within 72 hours. You should be advised at the time of your test approximately how long it should take to get your results.
Abnormal results
If your results are abnormal, you will be contacted by your doctor or a nurse after the doctor has reviewed them. Please make sure your contact details are up to date.
Online results
If you are enrolled in our patient portal, MyIndici, you can access your results online after the doctor has reviewed them.
Normal results
Please note that it is not our policy to routinely contact patients to advise normal results. If you are registered for the patient portal, you can check online.
Any other concerns
You can speak to the results nurse over the phone if you have specific concerns. Call 03 319 3501 and leave a message for the nurse to call you back.
