Payment Information
As per our terms of trade, payment is required on the day of service.
We accept payment with cash, EFTPOS, VISA or Mastercard. We do not accept Cheques or American Express.
Pay Online
We accept online payments. Our bank account number is Westpac Bank – 03-1586-0078538-00
Please make sure your name, date of birth or chart number are recorded in the payment details, so that we can make sure the right account is credited with payment.
Late Payment
An administration fee of $10 will be added to accounts not paid on the day. This fee will be removed if the account is paid within 5 days of invoice date.
If you are unable to pay your account on the day, please speak to our Financial Administrator. We are happy to discuss alternative ways of managing your account. Setting up regular small payments can be a very useful way of keeping on top of your account.
No Payment
If payment is not made by the end of the month and you haven’t made other arrangements with us, we will:
- Require payment prior to seeing your doctor or nurse
- Ask to discuss your account and seek ways to manage it
- Reserve the right to review your enrolment with Kaikōura Healthcare
Whilst not our preference, we will refer patients to a debt collection agency if no payment or regular payments are not received. As per our terms and conditions, debt collection fees will be added to the account.
